The main purpose of ThurtenE carnival is to put on a wonderful community event that brings together a multitude of student groups and the St. Louis community on the Washington University in St. Louis campus for three days of good food, fun rides and great entertainment.

Charity

We are very pleased to announce that we have selected Provident Inc. as the partner charity for the 2013 Carnival!

Dedicated to providing “a community of care that creates hope, builds self-reliance and drives social impact,” Provident has been an emblem of the St. Louis community since 1890. From after-school programs in local elementary schools to a 24/7 suicide and crisis hotline, Provident has assisted over 35,000 members of the St. Louis community. Their Shreve Clubhouse in North St. Louis also caters to over 500 St. Louis youth, offering various services including substance abuse prevention programming, mentoring, and life skills.
